      Pros

      The best reason to work at Canon Europe is the Canon brand name, as it carries a lot of weight with future employers.

      Cons

      The technology is old and outdated, and there are few interesting projects. Many people have left or are planning to leave in the current economy and climate of uncertainty.

      *Good work-family life balance *Rewards & recognitions are good for well performing employees *Unlike typical sales organisation which only drives for numbers and not considerate for the emplyoess ,Canon has a human touch, Seniors works like mentors to bring out the best . *Perfect work culture with respect for human values. *Can easily spend 5years average becuase at the inittal phase the career growth remains on track

      Cons

      *Pays less than many of the IT cos.industry *Promotions are mere cosmetic changes with hardly any change in the profile *very difficult to change into differnt verticals and climb up the hirarachy . *Often frustrating when seniors stick to there postions for too long hindering the career growth of the juniors , sometimes have to leave the company for the same .
