Nice co-workers, encouraging middle management with limited empowerment.
Cons
Some Top Management still like to micro-manage. Old thinking, want employee to think out of box, avoid new idea or changes or take/steal employee suggested idea become his/her idea. Some management employees want non-executive employee to work more claim less.
