- Chaotic IT infra structure with for example over ten different RDP terminals for active directory where one would suffice had the infra structure been better planned.
- Chances of growth/promotion within the department are nearly non-existent.
- IT staff only receive basic mobile phones belonging in 2003 while the rest of the company receive latest generation iPhone, Samsung and Nokia smart-phones.
- Data plan on company phone is very limited and extremely expensive if exceeded.
- Long term plans indicate that the internal helpdesk in 1-2 years will almost exclusively be doing catch and dispatch.
