Pros

Stable and reliable and ok to work for if one does nto have pressing ambitions. It has a good set of managers and people willing to assist if you are proactive. Very international though more dutch people are getting hired nowadays.

Cons

Too slow too react to changes and the salary is poor. Camera market is in trouble so the company is being puched to evolve to the new landscape. Lets see how this goes.

What i extreme understanding and focus on individual development and professional growth. salary increments and review policy giving clear vision and growth path
