      Pros

      Offers good amount of PTO at the beginning of the year. You also get a week off for the winter break. The work environment is chill, and people are pretty friendly. Decent place for a first job to test the waters and get a feel of what it is like to work in a manufacturing setting.

      Cons

      Nothing too exciting going on that would keep young engineers passionate enough to stay long term. Pay is on the low end and rises up based on seniority and not so much merit.

      Pros

      It’s a Job with average benefits. And is a good place if you want to learn a lot and gain a lot of experience.

      Cons

      Does not pay to be a loyal and a hard worker . Not much difference in pay from someone being there 5 years our 25 years. And CEO has no idea how the Director’s and management treat there people as long as the job gets done.
