A - "We have a year-end bonus for which members may be applicable based on performance."). Lack of salary transparency. Many incompetent individuals in senior positions. Base level employees with engineering degrees are automatically promoted within approx. a year and a half after joining company (a pro if you have an engineering degree). Lack of consistency within methods and systems from area to area (even if procedures are present, most management either does not express that knowledge or just doesn't enforce amongst members). Departmental responsibilities are frequently unclear.
