Health insurance and retirement account is pretty nice.

Cons

Pay is terrible, raises are non-existent. Get hired to work in one area and get moved to another without notice. Supervisors are micromanagers. Worst company I've worked for.

There's many opportunities for advancement within the company. The company takes great care of their employees from benefits down to special events just to show appreciation.

Cons

There aren't many individuals in leadership positions that are knowledgeable about their job and didn't work hard to get their position. The ones who work hard under these individuals rarely get noticed and/or appreciated.
