At Canvas, there is lots of opportunity for growth. We don’t just high-five great people, we promote them. In fact, there were over 130 internal promotions last year! We consistently evaluate pay and benefits for all positions across the organization to make sure we’re doing right by our CanFam. In addition to base pay, we offer tuition reimbursement, 401k with company match, comprehensive medical, dental and vision insurance, and employee discounts on home and auto loans (2% rate reductions). Many employees also take advantage of the employee discounts, which can save thousands of dollars every year.
