I absolutely love that we get to focus on our members rather then what we can get from them. It's an amazing feeling to trukybsww how happy our members get. The goals are super attainable, so far my managers have been super flexible and understanding. What is best is what you see is 100% what you get. Plus they help you grow and be prepared for wherever you want to go in your career

Cons

Nothing really other then more sick time would be nice but still not bad. I love working here.

We regularly review and seek feedback regarding goals, and we celebrate that you feel they are realistic and attainable. We also regularly solicit feedback regarding our benefits, and will continue to do so. As a result of the pandemic, we added three days of helping hands pay for our Canvas family, which many of our Canfam have been able to utilize throughout these challenging times.
