I have truly loved the last 8 months I've spent working for Canvas. Canvas lives our mission statement to its fullest, specifically regarding taking care of our people. When making decisions, Canvas considers the impact to our internal and external members first and foremost. I love coming to work each day! I feel empowered to make decisions and supported by the leadership team.

Cons

Canvas is always looking for ways to win and be the best. Canvas has some opportunities to work on providing more professional development courses. Canvas could also improve on helping all position understand our business model.

I feel valued and cared about. I am known by name by upper Management. In previous jobs I never even met upper management and they were in the same building. There is a lot of room for growth! I have taken extra training classes that have helped me in my personal life as well as at work.

Cons

I don’t have any major cons I wake up and most days there is no dread going into work. And on they rare occasions that I am dreading it it has more to do with me than the company we all have ups and downs 😋.

Canvas has provided me so many opportunities to grow and develop skills that will, and have, advanced me in my career. I have been invited to multiple meetings to provide feedback on what we can be doing better. Better yet, that feedback is taken and put into practice. I worked here while we were still Public Service Credit Union and I'm still here with Canvas Credit Union. I've seen so many changes (for the better) and will continue to see more as we develop our strategy to put our family and members first. When you work for Canvas, you truly feel that you've gained 600+ new family members.

Cons

We are constantly working on our technology to better our member's experience. While it isn't perfect, we're on a great track.
