Pros
There are 2 incentive systems. One is sales performance incentive based on your actual production. Like all financial institutions this is always changing depending on need. The other is a points based system similar to what you see on a rewards credit card. The points are given by management at their digression.
Cons
Favoritism is the company's culture. This is a sales environment however the top producer is not always the favorite. The company is very top heavy yet the lower management runs the show with an iron fist. The lower management is closed minded, rude to the members and will lie to get their agenda done. PSCU is divided. The employees that have been there for an extended amount of time are easily frustrated with the new employees. The turnover is extremely high.
