There are so many downside to this place. After a dedicated 3 year I realized I drank the kool-aid too hard. No matter how hard you work, they will never care about you. The spa has a clique in upper management. If you are not a part of it, they make your life hard, while they sit there and do next to nothing. It's so disappointing watching this place turn into what it is. What used to be a place dedicated to serving people, is now just about draining people of their energy and money. Guest see the decline in this property and are vocal about not returning. In 3 years I watched so many department completely turn over, including HR. The work culture is best described as toxic with a hint of racism. I have watched an employee YELL at others, plural, with no write up or anything. Watched a guest assault an employee and nothing happening to them, because money. A supervisor assult and harass an employee, where again they did nothing. Fire employees for going to HR to make a complain. The list is endless.
