Great Concept, Poor Follow Through

Entry level employees expect to be treated like guests rather than do their jobs. Bad behavior is rewarded and good behavior is punished with other people's work load. People are constantly trying to pass off their duties to others and "that is not my job" is a common saying. Pay is terrible and other jobs are forced upon you long term.
