Pros

Great work environment, good pay, benefits.

Cons

Too much involvement from corporate. Not a lot of flexibility within the kitchen itself. Executive Chef only has so much room to move things around.

Pros

Training, professional growth, use of property, health insurance, parking, uniforms and free meal,, they have 401K but no matching funds

Cons

Corporate is difficult when wanting to address concerns or bring on new ideas. Corporate never visits and their is no regional presence which allows management to be unfair, biased and use favoritism, there is no transparency, they give awful reviews, there is a revolving door here ... people quit because they hate it or get fired. Lots of firings and write ups. You feel disposable working there, no appreciation or recognition for your efforts.
