Pros

Good work environment, good perks and benefits.

Cons

The values of health and well-being they advertise and promote in their programs and services do not align with how they treat employees. They do not provide adequate infrastructure (like marketing/advertising) for the very programs they are asking you to promote - its as if you are on your own. They also have a terrible reputation for firing people who don't "play the game" or in any way highlight their incongruent and unsupportive practices.

Wonderful location to work at that had a health-positive culture and encouraged everyone to get outdoors and touch grass.

Cons

Terrible pay, completely unorganized from an organizational standpoint, very few paths to better pay or growth of any kind.
