Pros

Canyon Ranch has an incredible culture that is inclusive and welcoming, making every employee feel valued. The discounts and access to wellness services are standout perks that make this a unique and rewarding place to work. My coworkers are fantastic, and I truly feel supported by both my team and management. The positive atmosphere and recognition make coming to work every day something to look forward to.

Cons

Clearer communication from HR about specific benefit allowances would be helpful. Initially, I was told I’d have significantly more vacation time, which didn’t ultimately impact my decision to join, but having accurate information from the start would have been ideal.

Beautiful Campus. Some really wonderful people and guests. My first Manager was excellent and allowed us all to flourish.

Cons

The change in Ownership changed the entire vibe and mission. Authenticity to more corporate handling of certain departments squandered creativity, changed management and caused the department I worked in to nearly collapse.
