Free membership / discounts at other locations are the only reason to work here.

Drama, Pay is low and will not go up, Schedule messed up and released last minute every single week, Petty / disrespectful management : Have seen / heard coworkers be yelled at, cursed at, talked about in unprofessional ways all by managers. So many people have left the turnover rate at this place is insane for a reason.

access to classes, lectures, services

company-wide inability to effectively communicate. changes coming from c-suite and upper management that negatively impact operations without consulting or acknowledging hourly staff concerns. no one knows what is going on, or who to contact to find out what is going on. when you figure out who to contact, you find out that person quit or got fired months earlier and the position is vacant. CR sells luxury which is laughable. it's spray-painted bejeweled cinder blocks masquerading as marble columns at this point.
