- CapTech is committed to innovating and finding ways to work with new technologies - Not a contracting shop where you are put on assignment and then forgotten about - Internal training and mentorship - Practice Area leadership is helping to bring together people across projects - Work/life balance is pretty good - Office leadership is accessible and open - Fun team with lots of events

Cons

- Need more places to sit in the office when it is busy - Clarification around roles and responsibilities of management (coach, account mgmt, office leads, etc) is needed
