Pros

- Great people - Family bonding leave - Office events - Seems like leadership does listen to feedback from employees

Cons

- Change in bonus structure solely based on utilization % - Terrible promotion process based on favoritism - Staff Aug projects with little say in your next client engagement - Needs to increase client portfolio - Yearend summary is a mess - Not valuing strong performers on client projects, thus losing talent

We appreciate you sharing your thoughts with us, and although some of it is tough to hear, we are always open to feedback. While Staff Aug is a part of consulting projects, we do work to make sure our people spend the bulk of time on valuable client projects that allow them to touch new tech and grow their own skills. Fulfilling work funnels into new skill sets and career growth, and our Learning and Development team supports our people along the way. We spend a lot of time understanding the salary structures within the consulting industry, and we continually monitor and update our salary ranges as we experience market fluctuations. Pros

- Passionate, smart coworkers who generally care about developing their skills and working in a collaborate, team environment - Abundance of learning opportunities and company-provided resources for learning both technical and soft skills - Competitive starting pay - Great culture and social events (at least prior to Covid) - Flexible WFH policy

Cons

- New bonus plan encourages working long hours with little pay off. Depending on your client, you may not be eligible to work extra hours so you will receive a smaller bonus or none at all - Company culture has taken a serious hit since Covid - Promotions/raises are highly dependent on annual summaries which are then evaluated by leadership who most likely does not work closely with you on a daily basis/has little insight into your performance. CapTech attempts to alleviate this issue with a feedback system where employees review their peers' work, however this system is artificial in nature and skewed towards consultants on larger projects who will inevitably receive more feedback
