Pros

Great Atmosphere, really good job hiring a great set of people. Keeps you engaged. Covid times have shown how employee focused and upfront they are.

Cons

A little less pay than industry but the company more than makes up for it.

Pros

Exposure to a lot of technology, exposure to a lot of different companies, very smart coworkers

Cons

Limited growth potential once you hit a certain level, the pay is not as competitive (you have to fight for it)

Pros

During my 5+ years here I've worked with some of the brightest and nicest people I've ever met: funny, collaborative, intelligent, and just all around great folks. During the COVID-19 crisis, CapTech leadership has been transparent, communicative, and very clear on where we are and how we're going to stay a strong company. The 6-week period during which some folks were furloughed were hard and leadership expressed how much they regretted having to do that, but it was necessary to keep the overall company strong when so many of our clients were suddenly ending our contracts. Executive Leadership led by example and took a substantial pay cut to help improve our financial outlook and they discontinued possible furloughs as soon as they were able. The servant leadership I've seen makes me so proud to work here.

Cons

I would previously have said that we needed a consistent communication plan and voice for the company, but that has been solved in 2020 with a fantastic communications director.
