Great Work Life Balance, nice people

Cons

Bonus structure is based on utilization which is not controlled by the consultant. AKA you don't get a say in utilization but that's how you get payed a bonus.

Work-life balance is baked into our values and our culture. Utilization can and does depend on many factors, and we encourage open dialogue between consultants and coaches to make sure our people have every opportunity to make the most of utilization and bench time.

- Overall, the people are the best part of this organization. Never have I met such talented and nice people in my career. Going on 7 years here.

Cons

- Comp may not be as competitive as other consulting orgs, however work life balance and the people you work with help make up for this
