We are excited to rally so quickly as a result of your, and your fellow CapTechers’ hard work, determination, and shared sacrifices during this time. We listened closely and took this opportunity to truly examine how we demonstrate our core values, both internally and externally, and where and how we can do better. Our diversity and inclusion efforts are top on that list. You’re right, we are making improvements, but we need to do a better job of building awareness of the tangible results.
