Pros

- good coworkers to work with - good work life balance - decent benefits - flexible remote work policy; can work at home or in the office. Can relocate easily.

Cons

- compensation could be a bit more competitive - company is mostly remote, but still has offices for in-office gatherings. could improve culture even more by having more in office events.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the many reasons why CapTech is the best consulting firm to work for and with! We are pleased to hear that you have been satisfied with our organizational culture and the numerous benefits offered. We understand the importance of competitive compensation in attracting and retaining top talent. Please know that we are continually reviewing our compensation packages to ensure they are aligned with industry standards and reflect the value our employees bring to the company. While working remotely offers flexibility, we recognize the value of in-person interactions in building a strong company culture. We will continue to explore opportunities to organize more in-office events to foster greater team cohesion and engagement. Pros

CapTech boasts a roster of intelligent and talented employees who contribute to a vibrant company culture. The company offers attractive benefits that enhance the overall working experience. Additionally, CapTech provides competitive compensation, ensuring that its employees are fairly rewarded for their contributions.

Cons

CapTech's business development pipeline lacks robustness and strategic direction. The company appears to be losing sight of its vision for future growth. Moreover, consultants are being tasked with learning a technology when it's in demand, only to switch to another shortly afterward. This approach seems to lack coherence and foresight, potentially hindering the company's long-term success.
