Pros

The employees on the floor all care about doing a good job. Ability to take ideas and put them in place with the support of operations management.

Cons

No one speaks English. Hourly employees are all temps. Vice President and CEO has a habit of treating people with no respect or even like less then human when stressful situations arise.

Pros

It is one of the most Awesome companies to work for. The owners are great people, they give you the room to grow and progress. they compensate you better than other companies. They offer stability. I enjoyed working there it was very satisfying and there was a sense of achievement.

Cons

I am not sure if I can say there was any Cons. Nice place and nice people to work for and work with.

Growing company with a family atmosphere. Partners really care about their employees. Wonderful growth potential if you are willing to work for it. Great opportunity to learn. Wonderful coworkers.

Compensation is not great. Work/life balance is non exist
