      mandatory five words i have to put here is all you will see

      Do not work for this place at corporate. Underpaid, under respected, overly stressed, ABSOLUTE minimum days off, ABSOLUTE minimum ANYTHING, work 24/7 265 days a year. Aspect to be yelled because your supervisor doesn't understand you actually made the correct decision until later without apology. Oh and did I say goodbye to Thanksgiving, and Christmas and your life!

      Thank you for your feedback! We firmly believe that Capacity offers competitive salaries and benefits package, including paid time off to all employees. Because of the nature of our business we work when our clients expect us to. To offer the best possible service to our clients this may require working during some weekends, especially during holiday times such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday and December holidays. We appreciate our associates for going above and beyond what is expected for our clients and reward them with paid time off and bonuses. We may not have a long list of paid holidays, but Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day are all part of our company paid holidays to all employees! For our business we work every day that our shipping partners (i.e. FedEx, UPS, DHL or USPS) make pickups.

      Pros

      If you were willing to learn on your own this place will give you everyone’s work. You will interact with every department within the organization Great place to learn what not to do in your career and want to keep away from when interviewing Coworkers are a very tightly knit group

      Cons

      No mission statement or company goals Top management openly bad mouth CEO, partners and subordinates Barely any policies or training available No structure so everyone has 10 bosses pushing in different directions The management team belittles team members openly in front of coworkers and clients. CEO is notorious for making his staff take the full blame in meetings with clients and belittling them

      Pros

      None. Unless you are desperately looking for a job and need something to hold you over in the meantime.

      Cons

      Very unprofessional environment. Unorganized and constant lack of communication. Not a company to grow with and should not be looked as one. Customer service is horrible. No one stays long and several positions have a rotating door. Don't do it to yourself!!!
