Thank you for your review, it’s great to hear that you enjoyed our Capco culture. We are indeed experiencing some growth and leadership changes. We’ve recently realigned the structure of our organization to remain at the forefront of financial services consulting and deliver to our clients. Additionally, we are revamping our performance management process for a 2017 roll-out. The new, and robust, structure will be both quantifiable and metrics driven allowing for a more transparent, and effective, review process. Thanks for leaving us a review. It is really good to see how much you enjoyed your time with Capco. We have had a period of re-orientation recently to pursue new and bigger goals so we've re-organised our management and coaching to help us progress towards our new goals. This involves new management, mentoring policies and training to help support our employees best.
