Thanks for your review! We fully agree with your summary that Capco offers the opportunity to work with top tier clients on interesting projects, and at the same time work for a firm that encourages everyone to be themselves at work. As you are aware, Capco is going through a transition period to become an independent firm. Naturally, this does mean a lot of operational change in the firm, however, much of this is now nearing completion. This puts Capco in a really strong position to define the right policies and processes that work for our business, our people and our culture. Capco UK recently held a number of 'Shape Capco' sessions where employees were encouraged to share their feedback and suggestions with the leadership team. Hopefully you took the opportunity to participate in these and have your say. If you have further suggestions, I would encourage you to speak with your HR Business Partner in the first instance, or one of the functional leads. Thanks for your continued contribution to Capco!

Thank you for your review. We are pleased to hear that you enjoy working with your Capco colleagues, and the working environment. However, we are disappointed to read your point regarding the promotion process - it is difficult to comment without understanding your specific frustrations, however, the firm has taken significant steps to increase transparency in the performance management process using feedback from employees. We would strongly encourage you to speak with your coach and/or HR representative regarding your concerns and any suggestions you may have.
