Thank you for your review, and we are delighted to hear that you enjoyed working at Capco. We fully agree that Capco has a great culture, which is distinct from many other firms. We are however disappointed to read some of your other comments around your role specifically. While the opportunities for those working in support functions, such as HR, may be rarer due to the size of the firm, there are certainly opportunities for those looking to develop and grow. These opportunities have increased with the recent separation from FIS and Capco's ambitious growth plans. We would encourage anyone in a Corporate Services role seeking development opportunities to have these conversations with their manager.

Thank you for your review. We are pleased to hear that you have enjoyed many of the great things about our firm over the past 3+ years, including the interesting, challenging and rewarding work assignments, working with high profile clients, and the opportunity to celebrate and network with your colleagues. Over the past year we have piloted an enhanced approach to performance management based on employee feedback. We are continuing to refine this process for 2018 based on feedback from the pilot to increase transparency, simplify the process where possible, and ensure that it remains robust and fair. For this reason, we have maintained our roundtable process, which means that all individuals receive a fair evaluation. Multiple stakeholders give input into an individual's assessment to remove the possibility for bias, and individuals are also benchmarked against their peers in these sessions. If you have any questions about the process, or further suggestions for enhancing this please reach out to your HR Representative or Coach to discuss.

Thank you for your review. We are pleased to read that you appreciated the market-leading compensation and benefits offered by Capco. We regularly assess our offering in the market to ensure that we remain competitive. It is difficult to respond fully to your other comments without understanding your specific circumstances, however, Capco has a robust performance management in place. We operate a 6-monthly review cycle and hold roundtables to ensure that multiple people have an input into an individual's assessment. If any employee has any concerns or questions regarding our process at any time, we would encourage them to speak with their HR representative who would be happy to discuss.
