Pros

- Meritocracy and entrepreneurial culture with open, smart, driven people - Topical focus on Financial Services drives impacting results for FS clients - Not a lot of administrative overhead, puts clients first - European benefits

Cons

- Demanding work (as is managerial consulting) - Lack of well defined policies and procedures, or tuned infrastructure - Recruiting process is perpetually a challenge with variable timelines and processes followed - Brand recognition is a challenge

Pros

Nice offices, focus on FS, better gender mix than other consultancies

Cons

- Pure bodyshop - A management dominated by white, locally-minded people who marry each other (yes!) who think the pinacle of consulting is replicating Accenture - clique culture - empty and grandiose statements ("defining the future of finance") - sounds very "humble" indeed
