Je travaille actuellement chez Capco et c’est un cabinet qui se distingue vraiment. Les directeurs se caractérisent par leur humanité, leur compétence et leur bienveillance, ce qui crée une ambiance conviviale et collaborative. Les consultants sont responsabilisés et soutenus, ce qui est très appréciable. Les missions proposées sont variées et intéressantes, et offrent de réelles opportunités de progression. J’ai trouvé un environnement professionnel stimulant, avec des collègues engagés et solidaires. Comme dans tout métier de conseil, certaines missions correspondent plus ou moins à nos préférences, mais c’est aussi ce qui rend l’expérience enrichissante : développer sa capacité d’adaptation et son agilité face à différents environnements.

Cons

En résumé : je recommande Capco sans hésitation à toute personne qui cherche un cabinet humain, exigeant mais bienveillant, où l’on peut réellement grandir.
