As Capco has grown, and as we transition to a fully independent firm, we are reviewing and enhancing many of our internal processes and structures. This is being done with input from our employees, and being driven by different task forces to ensure they meet the needs of our business, and our people. We are confident that this will ensure the structure required for growth is in place, without eroding Capco’s culture and introducing unnecessary bureaucracy.
