Pros

Great benefits, very little red tape, and the opportunity to work on various projects within the Financial Services space. Management is very approachable and gives you the independence to succeed. Current expansion in the digital space and other geographies will ensure continue growth

Cons

Extensive travel and long hours can get to you after a while, but that is something all consulting firms are struggling with

Thank you for your review, which is a great summary of many of the great things about Capco following your 5+ years in the firm. Your comment around the lack of bureaucracy at Capco is a real differentiator. We want to ensure that employees can succeed in their roles, can pursue their interests within the firm, and be themselves at work without unnecessary distractions. The leadership team is committed to providing further updates on the transition, however, if you have any immediate questions please reach out to your local leaders or HR team. Thanks for your continued contribution to Capco!

Pros

Capco is a great place to work as shown by the ever-growing number of awards received year after year. The culture at Capco is so unique and positive compared to other firms in the industry and that starts at top. From Partner to Associate, your voice is heard and your work is recognized. As an employee I have never felt like just a number, but rather as part of team that is so passionate about what they do. That culture is felt the minute you join the team and has truly made Capco a great place to work.

Cons

Many employees work in remote locations across the country where offices are not present. These employees are at a disadvantage due to not being able to attend classroom-only training offered by Capco. While some training is offered in a virtual classroom, most training is only available in person. This puts those employees at a disadvantage compared to other employees who work in cities with a Capco office available.

Thank you for your review. We are delighted to hear that you enjoy working at Capco. In particular, your comment that you felt part of the team as soon as you joined is great to hear. As we continue to grow the firm, this is something which we want to continue to foster as part of our unique culture. Employees are never treated as just a number, but instead the firm recognizes that everyone has a point of view and can contribute different things. This is demonstrated through our #BeYourselfAtWork movement. We recognize that those working remotely, as well as those based on client site can find it more difficult to attend classroom training. To address this, we are introducing virtual training, which will be a great enhancement to our current suite of offerings. Please look out for more information soon. Thanks for your continued contribution to the Capco team!

Thank you for your review. We are pleased to hear that you enjoy the career development and learning opportunities at Capco. As a firm, we recognize the importance of offering strong development opportunities, and unlike many of our competitors, we have a no time in grade policy which allows those performing at the next level to be promoted quickly. There has been a change in the executive management team in the past few years, and Capco has recently transitioned to become an independent firm. This new independence means lots of opportunity for the firm and our employees. At the same time the leadership team remains focused on fostering our unique culture, and making Capco an even better place to work.
