Thank you for your review. Many people choose a career in consulting due to the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across different clients, and Capco certainly offers this. This is coupled with the opportunity to specialize in the financial services industry. Capco operates with little hierarchy, and due to the nature of consulting and project-based work our employees have a number of support channels.
