Although your location is unclear from your review, from your comments around annual leave entitlement it seems that you may be referring to our Capco India business where the annual leave entitlement does include sick leave. That being said, at Capco, if an employee is genuinely unable to attend work due to medical reasons or a prolonged period of sickness, we do offer additional paid time off on request. With regards to your comments on pay rises, the firm benchmarks base pay and bonuses against the relevant pay market by sector and geography so that we pay our people salaries and bonuses that are in line with, or in advance of, pay in the market and competitors. Salaries and bonuses at Capco are very competitive as feedback on this forum confirms.
