Pros

Strong brand in the market. Very professional, from the interviews through to the day-to-day. Welcoming and inclusive culture. Very social. High profile accounts to develop your skills with friendly and supportive colleagues.

Cons

Danger of expanding too quickly which could reduce the excellent culture. Some accounts may have varying levels of leadership which could alter the experience of developing employees.

We recognize the importance of good management and leadership at Capco and offer a number of training courses for managers, as well as other channels for support. Thank you for your review. We are delighted to hear that you enjoy working at Capco and your review sums up many of the great things that Capco has to offer, including market-leading compensation and benefits. Capco also offers twice yearly reviews to ensure that employees get regular developmental feedback, along with twice yearly promotion rounds. Our review process, along with our 'no time in grade' policy sets us apart from many of our competitors. In addition, Capco's non-hierarchical structure means that employees at all levels work and collaborate together, and have the opportunity to gain stakeholder exposure early in their career. Consulting in any firm is not a 9-5 job, however, we would encourage anyone working consistently long hours to speak with their coach and/or local HR representative if they require support. Thanks for your continued contribution to the Capco team.
