Thank you for your feedback. Capco prides itself on its unique culture which people often describe has the feel of a start up due to the lack of hierarchy, bureaucracy and openness to new ideas and initiatives. As a fast-growing and highly successful consulting firm, Capco offers employees autonomy and empowerment as well as a wide range of career and development opportunities. We are currently reviewing our mobility opportunities across the firm, however, if at any time you are unhappy on your project you should reach out to your Coach or HR Business Partner to discuss.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We appreciate your feedback. As per your review, Capco's unique focus on financial services makes it a great place to learn about the industry whilst developing strong consulting skills. There is little hierarchy at Capco, which makes it easy to approach employees at all levels and provides easy access to those with subject matter expertise. Capco continues to retain it's own brand and culture - this is something which the leadership team is committed to and our global CEO recently shared his personal commitment to at a Town Hall. We are evaluating mobility opportunities currently - if you are interested in career opportunities within the wider organization, then I would advise you to speak with your Coach or HR Business Partner.

Pros

Responsibility, take as much as you want, pro active people won't be disappointed. There's lots to do as the business is growing fast so you can always find a core role but develop additional areas in parallel.

Cons

Changing culture and bonuses have been historically mixed. The last few years bonuses have been poor and time barred due to write downs outside the control of the people.

Thanks for your feedback and we're pleased to hear that you enjoyed your time at Capco! Capco's culture of meritocracy and empowerment enables employees to take on responsibility right from the start, regardless of level, in a supportive and dynamic work environment. Employees have the opportunity to work across different areas of the business on client projects as well as the ability to shape the firm by getting involved in areas which interest them whether that's recruitment, CSR, coaching or introducing a new process or tool at Capco. Whilst there have been some changes in leadership over the past year, the leadership team remains committed to fostering Capco's unique culture and recognise that this is one of the key reasons why people join our firm. Our global CEO recently shared his personal commitment to this at an employee event and all our locations remain focused on retaining the family feel and fun elements which make Capco such a unique place to work. In addition, we have recently launched a global performance management pilot supported by a mobile app, which provides employees with greater transparency around their ongoing performance and how they are assessed. The process has been developed based on employee feedback and employees are continually invited to share their feedback on the pilot to shape future enhancements. As a firm, we definitely intend to keep the fun and culture going!
