The firm has been pursuing a growth agenda under the current leadership since we became an independent firm. The success of that agenda and the way in which growth has fuelled opportunities for development, progression and mobility in the firm and enabled our people to work on more leading edge projects with high profile clients, has been broadly welcomed by our people. The rapidity of this growth has resulted in some challenges for our back office functions to keep up and deliver the high quality services to staff to which we are committed. We are now addressing this challenge with significant investment in a One Capco agenda to level up the support available to our businesses across the globe.
