--fair and meaningful HR process: 1. getting to know HR and future colleagues, 2.case study 3.interview with partner -Most of the colleagues already have many years of consulting experience in the financial services industry, from which you can learn a lot -direct contact to the leadership team, flat hierarchies -entrepreneurial thinking is encouraged and supported -colleagues are very broad-minded and helpful -good team spirit -Regular update by global CEO, leadership team in general and HR -very effective global cooperation
