Pros

I worked at Capco for nine years and am incredibly grateful for the support they have given me to grow my career and develop professionally. It has always been a friendly and supportive environment. The roles are interesting and varied and proactive people are rewarded with quick career progression. As it has grown the culture has thankfully remained relatively unchanged. I would recommend working at Capco to anyone who wants a challenging career where you are given support to fulfil your potential.

Cons

Sometimes it is hard to get back to the London office if you are based in Canary Wharf, where a lot of clients are. It would be good to have a Canary Wharf base for Capco employees to meet.

1. Very Good Technology and Domain platform. 2. Employee friendly 3. Overseas Opportunities 4. I could not work with Capco that time for a long time due to my some constraints but Company understood my concerns and help me in all respect.
