We do have career paths in place for SMEs, and are increasingly focusing on this offering even more to compliment those in place for generalists. We are looking for people with a broader mix of SME and delivery capabilities who have deep expertise and can help deliver innovation and thought leadership to our clients.       Pros

      Great people, very focused on helping individuals grow, opportunities existed to move abroad after a year or two of service.

      Cons

      Afraid to have difficult conversations with clients in case they lose the contract which I know many consulting firms have an issue with. I think did a disservice to the company when in fact it had the expertise to advice clients appropriately.
