Most people in lower levels are awesome

Cons

- They attach community service as 20% of your yearly performance as a way to not promote people. - Pay is on the 5 percentile($20-25k) below market. - Upper management does not care about your career, only profits. - They call employees family(Huge red flag) - They lie through their teeth - Forced 3 days a week in the office with the same salary as remote

We regularly undertake a salary benchmarking exercise to ensure that the compensation offered is in line with the market in order to attract and retain top talent, proven by our success in hiring talented individuals. In line with our supportive and collaborative culture, we sometimes refer to the Capco ‘family’. We have asked colleagues to work from the office three days a week to promote greater collaboration, support development, and to foster our Capco culture while still affording the flexibility to work from home. This is in line with the approach our clients have taken, and indeed many similar organizations. It's client based company and no job security here, any time you will be kicked off from this organisation

Cons

It's client based company if you realised from project and once you are on bench more then 90 days then you will be kicked of from this company

Thank you for your feedback. Many businesses faced challenges in 2023 due to the economic climate, and with the demand for consulting services moderating, this did result is some lay-offs. However, many people build long and rewarding careers at Capco, and we have dedicated Resourcing teams in each region to help colleagues identify new project roles as well as support provided through coaches, managers, and HR Business Partners. Our highly experienced leadership team is focused on successfully navigating the current environment where our client relationships and outlook remain strong.
