Cape has great benefits including insurance benefits and 401K match. There is a very positive atmosphere with a focus on growth and development.

Pros

Even in tough times, the company strives to provide quality pay, benefits and tools to employees. People really enjoy working together to perform projects and solve problems. Input is asked from all employees via surveys at least annually. Work from home is fully supported (for the positions that don't need to be at project sites).

Cons

Working 100% for the federal government can be very good, but it has pricing and other restrictions that can slow growth.
