      Pros

      CAPE is really a great place to work. A very strong sense of community and family within the company while also maintaining a very professional culture. Lots of performance based bonuses and very understanding teams to work with.

      Cons

      CAPE has a few systems that are a bit antiquated that could be updated to new software to become more efficient with their work.
