Pros

Good paid leave and flexible time off. Very friendly staff. Easy going work environment that also maintains a professional side to ensuring student and employee success

Cons

Opportunity for advancement and pay increases for instructors. There needs to be pay increases for those who reach certain milestones such as 5 year marks or ten year mark employment with the college

environment, students, dedicated faculty, great programs for both workforce development and college transfer, well-respected curricula and programs.

Cons

older buildings falling apart and need attention (newer buildings and construction sucking all the money), 2 early colleges on campuses great opportunity for local h.s. students; faculty paid lower than most states, little chance for a raise.
