Pros

Friendly co-workers. Nice environment and locations. Interesting students to work with in a beautiful city. North campus is very clean. One of the nicest Community College atmospheres I have ever seen.

Cons

Parking at the downtown campus was "hard" to say the least. It was very difficult to find a space on any given day. Hard to work full-time there.

Pros

The atmostphere at the college is very laid back, people are very friendly and willing to help you whnever needed.

Cons

I cannot describe any downsides to working at Cape Fear Community College because I did not experience anything out of the norm for a typical work environment.
