Super place to work. Very friendly and supportive leadership. Lots of great information and people to work with. As far as you have passion to success and chase it, Capgemini has support to give you.

Cons

Quite complex organization based on the fact that it has 350000 people worldwide... so lots of learning required to understand internal operating model
