-> Work environment is amazing ->supportive HR -> learning opportunity is there -> Tech event is there to showcasew your talent ->Good Exposure for fresher and experience people -> chances of growth is always high

Cons

As such no cons but they need to provide goodies for fresher or toolkit, Payroll structure need to be imporved

Pros

Pay on time and don't bother you that much; Health insurance.

Cons

They lack activities for the employees as well as benefits. Very low pay when in comparison with what's offered in the market. The evaluation method takes too long and they are not very proactive in giving you a raise. Also, to change projects is way more difficult than what they advertise. They ask you for a 2 month warning if you want to leave the company, regardless of your time there.
