- languages - invest on the employee - social benefits - insurance - expenses when you have to move to the client's office

Cons

- technical trainings are a mess - if you wanna move from a client is not possible - the career development is just at the unit level, not in all altran units

- guarantee of salary at the end of the month

Cons

- increasing activity of pure body rental - poor senior management and business management unable to get new customers - no research of new technologies, languages ​​or tools to use - no medium-term vision, only interested in revenues at end of the current month - good low-level management but without any real power - low level of general technical skills

One of my worst experience

Pros

I was attracted by the Brand which I thought was respected, I thought they had strong processes and teams supporting their consultant.

Cons

the reality showed that it was poorly managed, lots of politics and totally incompetent manager, who was actually more a salesguy looking only to get bonuses than somebody you can trust.
