Recently it started involving families of employees in different functions and activities.

I would call it an employee friendly company which works by and follows certain laid down principles. During my time here, I have come across several employees who have been here for 10+ years, which says a lot about the company in terms of an employee’s ability to accommodate/balance their personal and professional lives. The culture leans more towards team work vs managers bossing their team around. I would definitely recommend it to others.
