The best reason to work in Aricent is that there is job security and company takes pride in securing the future of their employees. Over the time I have seen several processes ramping down even though we keep on ramping many more compared to that however even during the ramp down Aricent tried its best to fit each and every employee wherever they could and did not ask them to leave which other companies usually tell to their employees. This proves that Aricent is just not an entity which believes in doing business and only thinks about their workforce when they are revenue generators but efen afterwards. This shows about the great human values embedded inside the company's heart and soul which does not leave their employees in their bad times as well. Apart from this Aricent gives flexibility to express yourself and helps an individual in getting better in every perspective of life be it individual or professional.
